Azeroth Adoption Agency Network (definition)
Azeroth Adoption Agency Network: The A3 Network is a combination of all of the various aspects of the community. This includes, but is not limited to the community site, A3 guild, sister guild, social media, discord, private messages, etc.

Warnings (information)
Warnings are always sent through the A3 community site via Private Message. You alone are responsible for reading and responding to your private messages. Ignorance of these messages or warnings is not an acceptable excuse for continued problems. It is recommended to respond to these (and other) private messages to acknowledge that you have received them.

Warnings are added to your A3 account and fall off after 60 days. A record of them is still maintained, though.
  • For serious behavioral issues, all warnings will be reviewed at all times when considering membership. That is, having 3 strikes total – regardless of if they have fallen off or not – may result in your removal from the community.
  • For lesser issues, stacked warnings will be reviewed when considering membership. That is, if you have 3 strikes at once (that have not fallen off yet), you will be removed. However, if warnings have fallen off, you will not be removed until you reach 10 warnings total.
Behavior
Note that "behavior" applies to comments and actions made towards community members and leaders within all of Azeroth Adoption Agency’s network.

Being Rude or Disrespectful
Rude or disrespectful behavior within the A3 community can earn you warnings or result in your removal from the community as a whole. The severity of the behavior will dictate the action taken. Behavior that isn’t as severe may result in a warning, while more serious offenses can result in immediate removal. Repeated non-severe behavior will result in removal.
