[OFFICIAL] How To Join Our Community (Step by Step)

STEP 1: The Forum

This is where you will request pets for adoption and participate in community events.

STEP 2: The Characters
  • Create 2 new characters on Bladefist-Horde (US).
:warning: Please do not use ASCII characters. Examples: à á â ã ä å æ ç è é ê ë ì í î ï

Why 2? Currently, there are 14 bank tabs full of pets available!

These characters will be used to donate pets, collect adoptions, collect event/giveaway prizes, and also see what pets are available to adopt.

STEP 3: The Guilds
  • Log on to the first character.
  • Open the guild finder and search for "A3a".
  • Click "Request to Join".
  • In the notes, please paste "I am INSERTNAME on the A3 forum". Where it says INSERTNAME please put your forum name.
  • Select any role, click Apply.
Repeat this step for the second character, but instead, search for "A3b".
STEP 4: The Community
  • Join our Discord server!

STEP 5: The Application
  • Create a new post in the Request Membership forum viewforum.php?f=17
  • Include this form:

    • BattleTag:
    • A3a Bladefist Character Name:
    • A3b Bladefist Character Name:
    • Name + Realm Of Your Main: (level 10+)
    • Did you read the community rules?

    • Did you join Discord?
    • If so, what is your name on our server?
    • How did you hear about us?

    • How long have you played WoW?
    • What's your favorite pet?
    • How did you get started collecting vanity pets/battle pets?
    • How did you hear about us?
    • Tell us something about yourself!
This information will help us set you up for adoptions and also let us know that you have applied to the guilds in game! If you joined Discord, you can also post in the #new-member channel to let us know you have applied to the community.

YOU DID IT! Now what?
Now, you wait. But not that long!

Once you post your application one of our team members will know to check for your guild requests in-game. Once they have invited your characters, they will let you know by replying to your application on the forum.

Once you have received an invite, you will need to log into the game and accept the invite.

At this point, you will be ready to start participating in community events and adopting pets!

Please be advised that our team are all volunteers and we do have our regular 9-to-5s to deal with. Generally, invitations are pretty quick, but we do ask for your patience while we make it to you. Don't forget that you can also post in the #new-member channel on Discord to let us know you've completed all of the steps.
A Warm Welcome
After you have joined the guilds, we will send you a welcome kit to help you get started! Your kit will include bags, gold, and other various goodies to help make the adoption and donation processes easier.

This kit will be sent to your character in Azeroth Adoption Agency, aka A3a.
