Altoholic -- an absolute must-have, no exception.
Battle Pet BreedID -- fairly obvious why.
Deadly Boss Mods -- fairly obvious why.
Grail (and Wholly) -- good for quest tracking, especially on old quest chains.
HandyNotes -- treasures and rares.
Master PLan -- easier garrison mission management.
NomiCakes -- see what ingredients will result (eventually) in you getting a recipe that uses it.
Overachiever -- although the default UI now has a search function, it lacks some info.
RelicInspector -- when you get a relic, the tooltip shows what the effects on each of your class' artifacts, and what other classes can use it (if it's BoE).
Skada -- it's all about the numbers!
SpeedyLoad -- speeds up load times (after a character's initial login) between zones/instances.
TomTom -- I'd be lost (ha!) without it.
WeakAuras2 -- very useful for showing cooldown bars.
Wowhead Looter -- I like to contribute data.
Wyr3d's Icy-Veins Stat Priorities -- I can see at a glance on the character pane what my stat priorities are without having to look them up. Having said that, those on Icy Veins differ to those of Ask Mr Robot.

I'm already having performance issues with the add-ons I have, or I'd be out there investigating more. I cannot live without: TomTom, Rematch & Pet Tracker. I found NPCScan to be very helpful when I was hunting rares with my hunter. Starting to get the hang of Undermine (and noticing better performance now that Auctioneer Suite is gone).

Altoholic is my 'must have' addon. Rematch is starting to get up there on the must have list too.

I use TomTom for everything, since I am directionally challenged in the digital world.

I was using PetTracker exclusively for pet battle information and categorization, but I recently added ReMatch, and I think it's completely taken PetTracker's place; I haven't turned off PetTracker yet, though, to see what functionality I lose. I love having pet farming areas clearly marked (PetTracker) and I also love the ability to save teams (ReMatch.)

Oh, and Candy Bucket for those all-important inn-visiting dailies....

Postal. Postal makes my mail manageable. I cannot live without it. I also like Zygor's guide, even though you have to pay for it, After the first couple toons to 110, I just want the fastest way.
